Fenzi Group Acquires Thermoseal to Expand Insulated-Glass Spacer Range

Milan-based Fenzi Group SpA has acquired Thermoseal (Thermoseal Group Limited), a UK-based supplier of insulated glass (IG) spacers and components. The acquisition adds Thermoseal’s Thermoflex flexible spacer and Thermobar product lines to Fenzi’s portfolio, supporting product capability expansion and international sales growth.
