M3 Glass Technologies Acquires Thermotec Glass

M3 Glass Technologies has acquired Thermotec Glass, a Georgetown, Texas-based insulated glass manufacturer founded in 1995. M3 — a portfolio company of private equity firm LongWater Opportunities — will retain owner Luis Najarro and Thermotec’s management team and expand M3’s capabilities by adding a state-of-the-art insulated glass line at the Georgetown facility.
