Third Arch Investments has acquired FiberGlass Coatings, a Florida-based manufacturer and distributor of epoxy, resin and fiberglass products. The transaction is financed with support from Tecum Capital, NewSpring (NewSpring Mezzanine) and a rollover by FiberGlass Coatings management; proceeds will be used to expand production capacity and grow the company's direct-to-consumer channels.
