Renta Group Oy has agreed to acquire Norwegian rental company Mylift Holding AS, adding eight depots and strengthening Renta's presence in Oslo and Innlandet. The deal (subject to competition review) expands Renta's product offering—notably site modules and scaffolding—and brings significant additional revenue and employees to its Norwegian network.

Herc Rentals Acquires Quality Equipment Rentals and Aerial Work Platforms

Herc Rentals (Herc Holdings Inc.) has acquired two independent U.S. equipment rental businesses: California-based Quality Equipment Rentals and Wisconsin-based Aerial Work Platforms, Inc. The Aerial Work Platforms sale was completed with Borgman Capital (the seller) while Quality Equipment Rentals' majority owners Dennis and Diann Wells sold their business; terms were not disclosed.

Groupe KILOUTOU Acquires Werner Middeke Arbeitsbühnenvermietung Lift-Rental Operations in Germany

Groupe KILOUTOU has acquired the lift (aerial work platform) rental activities of Werner Middeke Arbeitsbühnenvermietung in North Rhine‑Westphalia and Thuringia, Germany. The deal brings four agencies, a fleet of more than 530 machines and around 50 employees into Kiloutou’s German network as part of its continued expansion in the country; closing was expected in December 2019 subject to usual approvals.

H&E Equipment Services Acquires Lewistown Rental and Affiliated Companies

H&E Equipment Services, Inc. signed a definitive agreement to acquire Lewistown Rental, a Lewistown, Montana-based equipment rental business, along with three affiliated locations in Havre, Glasgow and Great Falls, Montana. The deal extends H&E's branch footprint in Montana and adds a diverse fleet with an original equipment cost estimated at $28.5 million; the transaction is expected to close in Q2 2024.

Sunbelt Rentals Acquires ABC Equipment Rental

Lou-Tec Acquires Torcan Lift Equipment

The deal expands Lou-Tec's presence into Ontario, adds Torcan's fleet and teams to Lou-Tec's network, and is supported by Lou-Tec's private equity backers to accelerate growth and geographic expansion.
