Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) has acquired full ownership of Dyla Brands, a maker of powdered drink mixes and liquid water enhancers (including the STUR brand). KDP previously held a minority stake since 2017 and says the acquisition expands its functional hydration and drink-mix capabilities while preserving Dyla's third-party brand partnerships.

Keurig Dr Pepper Acquires Majority Stake in GHOST for $1.65B

Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) agreed to acquire a 60% stake in GHOST (GHOST Lifestyle LLC and GHOST Beverages LLC) for roughly $990 million, with plans to purchase the remaining 40% by 2028 for a total transaction value of $1.65 billion. The founders will remain in leadership, and KDP expects to integrate GHOST into its U.S. refreshment beverages segment and leverage its distribution network to scale the energy drink and sports nutrition brand.

KDSA Investment Partners Acquires Williams Distributors

KDSA Investment Partners, in partnership with Greyrock Capital Group, has acquired Spokane-based Williams Distributors, the largest independent direct-store-delivery (DSD) distributor of ice cream and frozen foods in the Northwest. KDSA named Tim Valdez as CEO, will support infrastructure and expansion investments, and Tony Williams — the former owner — will remain as President through year-end and serve as an advisor.

GlacierPoint Enterprises Acquires Cool River Beverages LLC

GlacierPoint Enterprises, a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital, has acquired Cool River Beverages LLC, a specialty direct store delivery (DSD) distributor of Nestlé-branded beverages in the New York Metro area. The acquisition expands GlacierPoint's distribution capabilities into temperature-controlled beverages, diversifying its DSD platform and supporting growth across grocery, convenience and foodservice channels.

Westrock Coffee Acquires S&D Coffee & Tea from Cott Corporation

Westrock Coffee Company has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire North Carolina-based S&D Coffee & Tea from Cott Corporation. BBH Capital Partners will provide acquisition capital alongside Westrock's existing investors, including The Stephens Group, and the combined business — which will employ approximately 1,700 people globally — will create a leading integrated coffee, tea, and extract supplier; S&D President and CEO Ron Hinson will remain with the combined organization as Chairman Emeritus.
