Asset Living Acquires City Gate Property Group

Houston-based Asset Living has acquired City Gate Property Group, a Dallas-based multi-family property management firm that manages roughly 10,000 units across Texas and Louisiana and employs about 400 people. The deal expands Asset Living’s portfolio, making it the largest multi-family property manager in Texas (approximately 75,946 units and 468 properties in-state) and one of the largest managers nationally with nearly 120,000 units under management.

Asset Living Acquires Arizona-Based Shelton Residential

Houston-based property manager Asset Living has acquired Shelton Residential, an Arizona-based property management firm that oversees more than 17,000 multifamily units across Arizona, Texas, Colorado and New Mexico. The deal expands Asset Living's presence in the Southwestern U.S.; owners Tom and Pam Shelton and the Shelton team will join Asset Living to lead the company's Southwest region.
