Akamai Technologies Acquires API Security Company Neosec

Akamai Technologies has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Neosec, an API detection-and-response platform headquartered in Palo Alto (with operations in Tel Aviv). The acquisition expands Akamai's application and API security capabilities by adding Neosec's API visibility and behavioral-analytics technology; the deal is expected to close in Q2 2023 and is not expected to add material revenue for 2023.

Avionté Acquires AkkenCloud

The deal expands Avionté’s end-to-end staffing platform capabilities and brings AkkenCloud customers and employees into Avionté’s ecosystem; terms were not disclosed.

Akamai Acquires Noname Security for $450 Million

The acquisition will fold Noname's API security platform and its team of more than 200 employees into Akamai's Security Technology Group to expand Akamai's API protection capabilities and accelerate go-to-market scale.

Fiserv Acquires Ondot Systems

Fiserv, a global provider of financial services technology, signed a definitive agreement to acquire Ondot Systems, a digital experience platform for financial institutions that powers card-level digital services and transaction enrichment. The acquisition expands Fiserv's digital capabilities—particularly real-time authorization, AI-driven contextual engagement, and card services—to help clients deliver frictionless, personalized payment and banking experiences. Financial terms were not disclosed; the transaction was expected to close in Q1 2021 subject to customary approvals.
