Bridges Fund Management Acquires GEV Group (GEV Wind Power) from Maven Capital Partners

Bridges Fund Management has acquired GEV Group (trading as GEV Wind Power), a UK-headquartered specialist in wind turbine blade repair and maintenance, from Maven Capital Partners. The existing management team, led by CEO David Fletcher, is reinvesting and will continue to run the business as Bridges supports scaling the company across onshore and offshore wind markets.

PowerGEM Acquires Astrapé Consulting

Bowman Consulting Acquires Advanced Applied Engineering (Infrastructure Engineers)

Bowman Consulting Group Ltd. has acquired Advanced Applied Engineering, Inc., dba Infrastructure Engineers, a Brea, California-based provider of civil engineering, planning, environmental, geospatial, and municipal infrastructure services. The acquired firm (over 80 employees) will join Bowman to expand the company's public sector infrastructure presence in California and is expected to contribute roughly $10 million of annualized net service billing.
