Maplehurst Bakeries, a subsidiary of George Weston Limited, acquired Keystone Bakery Holdings, LLC from Keystone Capital, Inc. for approximately $185 million. The transaction brings KBH’s frozen baked-goods platform (including Freed's, Granny's and Heartland) into Weston's Weston Foods/Maplehurst network to expand its North American in-store bakery and foodservice footprint.
