Steel River Acquires WHECO to Expand Lifting Equipment Services Platform

Steel River has acquired WHECO, a provider of crane and heavy-equipment repair, restoration and inspection, adding over 60 skilled employees and additional facilities to its CraneTech division. The deal is an add-on to Steel River’s platform strategy and expands its capabilities on the U.S. West Coast as the firm builds a national lifting equipment solutions platform.
