Rezolut Acquires Assets of Westwood Open MRI

The transaction adds Alinea’s two imaging centers in Pomona and Santa Ana and 17 mobile mammography coaches to Rezolut’s national multi-modal imaging platform; Alinea’s founder Monish Laxpati, M.D. will remain with the business to support ongoing growth.

Midstate Radiology Associates Acquires Radiology Group, P.C.
