Rezolut Medical Imaging, a portfolio company of Sunny River Management, has acquired Alinea Medical Imaging, a California-based provider of mobile mammography and outpatient diagnostic imaging. The transaction adds Alinea’s two imaging centers in Pomona and Santa Ana and 17 mobile mammography coaches to Rezolut’s national multi-modal imaging platform; Alinea’s founder Monish Laxpati, M.D. will remain with the business to support ongoing growth.

RadNet Acquires Kingston-Based River Radiology

RadNet Inc. has acquired River Radiology, a 60-year-old Kingston, New York imaging group, in a deal completed Nov. 1, 2025. RadNet plans to integrate the practice into its Lenox Hill Radiology network to extend its outpatient imaging and preventative screening footprint in the Hudson Valley; financial terms were not disclosed.
