NIM Group, a family-owned network of steel service centers, entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Plateplus, Inc.'s Tulsa, Oklahoma facility, with the transaction expected to close April 29, 2022. The acquisition expands NIM Group's footprint (bringing it to 18 locations) and follows an earlier acquisition of Plateplus's Windsor, Colorado plant earlier the same year.
