ProMach Acquires Modern Packaging

ProMach has acquired Modern Packaging, a Deer Park, New York-based manufacturer of cup and tray filling, sealing and lid-converting equipment for the food and dairy industries. Modern (founded 1989, with over 100 employees) will join ProMach’s Filling Business Line, with its founders remaining in leadership roles as ProMach invests to grow Modern’s capabilities and global reach.

ProMach Acquires American Holt, DMA Solution and Pride Engineering from Arcline

ProMach has acquired American Holt, DMA Solution, and Pride Engineering (collectively “AmHolt”) from Arcline Investment Management. The AmHolt businesses—providers of engineered aftermarket parts and precision components for food, beverage and CPG packaging lines with facilities in Massachusetts, Quebec and Minnesota—will join ProMach's Primary Packaging business unit to broaden its product solutions and lifecycle service capabilities.

ProMach Acquires DJS Systems to Expand Disposable Food Packaging Automation

The acquisition brings DJS's precision counting, vertical bagging, thermoforming automation and custom engineering capabilities into ProMach's Secondary Packaging business unit and expands ProMach's food-related portfolio.

ProMach Acquires MBF, Italy-based Bottle-Filling Specialist

ProMach has acquired MBF, a Verona, Italy-based manufacturer of rinsing, filling, and closing machines for the wine and distilled spirits industries. The acquisition expands ProMach's filling and closing capabilities and broadens its global reach in the spirits and wine markets; MBF’s leadership team will remain in place and the company’s ~200 employees will join ProMach’s Primary Packaging business line.

ProMach Acquires Pharmaworks

ProMach has acquired Pharmaworks, a Florida-based provider of blister packaging and thermoforming machinery, expanding ProMach's pharmaceutical packaging capabilities and integrated solutions. Pharmaworks’ team of over 100 employees and its lineup of blister packaging systems, inspection, and aftermarket services will join ProMach’s pharma business line to broaden its product offering and support for pharmaceutical, consumer goods, and contract packaging customers.

AFM Capital Partners Acquires Pro Products, Inc.

AFM Capital Partners has acquired Pro Products, Inc., a Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin-based precision CNC machining manufacturer with advanced automation capabilities serving aerospace, green energy, off-highway, agricultural and industrial markets. AFM said it will provide capital and operating expertise to accelerate Pro Products’ growth, expand product offerings and further develop the company’s competitive positioning.
