AFM Capital Partners has acquired Pro Products, Inc., a Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin-based precision CNC machining manufacturer with advanced automation capabilities serving aerospace, green energy, off-highway, agricultural and industrial markets. AFM said it will provide capital and operating expertise to accelerate Pro Products’ growth, expand product offerings and further develop the company’s competitive positioning.
