AMIF (Amicorp FS UK) Acquires Three Amicorp Group Entities

Amicorp FS (UK) plc (AMIF) has acquired three entities from the Amicorp Group — Amicorp Financial Services Philippines (AFSP), Amicapital Services Limited, and Amicorp Trustee (India) Private Limited. The transactions expand AMIF’s business process outsourcing and fiduciary capabilities (accounting, administration and back-office support), add scale and recurring revenue (one key client expected to contribute ~US$1m annually) and extend the group’s geographic reach, notably into India.
