Net Health, a Pittsburgh-based provider of cloud-based software for specialty medical providers, has acquired Casamba LLC, an Agoura Hills-based EMR vendor serving post-acute care, home health and hospice providers. The deal expands Net Health's post-acute care capabilities and cross-continuum solutions by integrating Casamba's EMR and analytics products into its portfolio.
