Casamba LLC announced a merger with HealthWyse (Boston, MA) and TherapySource (Birmingham, AL) to combine post-acute EMR, therapy-management and revenue-cycle capabilities into a single, integrated platform. The transaction brings HealthWyse's home health/hospice EMR and TherapySource's clinical and billing solutions together with Casamba's therapy-management business to enable better care coordination, support bundled-payment and value-based purchasing, and expand the company's post-acute market coverage.
