InHome Therapy has acquired Advanced Healthcare Services, a West Palm Beach-based provider of in-home physical, occupational and speech therapy; the deal closed in early July 2022. The acquisition brings Advanced Healthcare Services' therapists and administrative team into the InHome Therapy platform to deepen the buyer’s presence across Florida; founder Jeremy Gabler sold the business but will continue to work alongside the company.

InHome Therapy Acquires Contract Therapy Services, Inc.

U.S. Physical Therapy Acquires Majority Stake in Outpatient Home Care Therapy Practice

U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. (NYSE: USPH), through its 50%-owned subsidiary MSO Metro, LLC, acquired an 80% interest in an outpatient home care practice that provides physical, occupational and speech therapy and generates approximately $2.1 million in annual revenue. The current owners retain a 20% ownership stake. USPH said the acquisition expands its ability to provide home-based outpatient therapy services in the Northeast and extends its clinic-based offerings into homecare.

HealthPRO Heritage Acquires Therapy Specialists

HealthPRO Heritage, LLC has acquired Therapy Specialists, Inc., a San Diego-based full-service therapy and rehabilitation provider. The deal is an add-on for HealthPRO (its sixth acquisition in the past 12 months) and will expand HealthPRO’s outpatient and senior-living therapy footprint while bringing Therapy Specialists access to HealthPRO’s clinical programming, reimbursement expertise, and compliance capabilities.
