Compugen Acquires Québec-based IT Provider CPU (and C.P.U. Design)

Compugen Inc. has signed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire Québec-based CPU Service d'ordinateur inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary C.P.U. Design Inc., collectively branded as CPU. The acquisition expands Compugen's presence and capabilities across Québec and Ontario—adding IT infrastructure, service desk, security and cloud expertise—and the CPU name will be retained as "CPU, a Compugen Group of Companies."
