NetGain becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aunalytics, with NetGain CEO Michael Minnich and President/COO Kelly Jones joining as shareholders; financial terms were not disclosed and JFS Partners served as NetGain's sell‑side advisor.

Unisys Acquires Unify Square for $152.5 Million

The deal bolsters Unisys’ digital workplace and UCaaS capabilities by integrating Unify Square’s PowerSuite software and managed services into Unisys’ digital workplace solutions offering.

CBIZ Acquires CompuData, Inc.

CompuData (founded 1971) provides cloud computing, accounting ERP support, managed IT and security services, has about 60 employees and roughly $20 million in annual revenue; the acquisition expands CBIZ's technology and managed services capabilities for its small- and mid-market clients.

General Informatics Acquires Unicom Technologies
