wecare Group has acquired GAMA Altenhilfe, adding four nursing homes in Hesse with over 400 care places, 25 assisted-living units and approximately 360 employees. The deal increases the wecare Group to 20 facilities across Germany and represents roughly a 30% expansion of the Group as it continues a buy-and-build growth strategy.
