Accenture has agreed to acquire End-to-End Analytics, a Palo Alto–based analytics and data science consultancy with additional offices in Brazil. The acquisition brings more than 70 analytics professionals and specialized assets in supply chain, forecasting, pricing, marketing and customer analytics into Accenture's Applied Intelligence practice to expand its analytics, AI and data capabilities across the Americas.

Accenture has agreed to acquire Insight Sourcing, an Atlanta-based provider of strategic sourcing and procurement services, including its energy procurement business Insight Energy. The deal will add roughly 220 sourcing consultants and a suite of procurement technology tools to Accenture’s Sourcing & Procurement practice to strengthen its capabilities for private equity and corporate clients across consumer goods, retail, technology and industrial sectors.

Accenture Acquires MacGregor Partners to Strengthen Supply Chain and Fulfillment Capabilities

Accenture has acquired MacGregor Partners, a Raleigh-based supply chain consultancy and technology provider, to expand its Intelligent Platform Services capabilities in warehouse and logistics transformation. The deal brings MacGregor’s team of more than 100 employees and expertise in WMS/TMS implementations, robotics integration, and analytics (including Blue Yonder-based solutions) into Accenture’s platform; terms were not disclosed.

Accenture Acquires Anser Advisory from Sterling Investment Partners

Accenture has acquired Anser Advisory to expand its capital project and infrastructure delivery capabilities in North America. Accenture will acquire the Anser Advisory brand and roughly 920 employees focused on private sector and state and local projects, while Markon Solutions (about 280 employees) — Anser's federal consulting business — was retained by seller Sterling Investment Partners; terms were not disclosed.
