Accenture completed a tender offer to acquire Japanese data science company ALBERT Inc., bringing ALBERT's ~250 data scientists and contractors into Accenture's Applied Intelligence practice. The acquisition strengthens Accenture's data and AI capabilities globally and furthers its ability to support Japanese companies with advanced analytics and AI.
