Nautic Partners, LLC has completed the acquisition of LindFast Solutions Group in partnership with LindFast management. LindFast, headquartered in Blaine, Minnesota, is a master distributor of specialty fasteners offering a deep virtual inventory (~130,000 SKUs) and value‑added services; Nautic plans to support organic growth, cross‑selling and selective add‑on acquisitions. Financing for the transaction was provided by Ally Financial and GSO Capital Partners.

AZ, a Northbrook, Illinois-based master distributor of industrial, commercial, and specialty wire and cable, will join LSG’s distribution platform to expand product and geographic reach; financial terms were not disclosed.

Southfield Capital Partners with Franchise FastLane

Southfield Capital has entered a strategic partnership with Franchise FastLane, an Omaha-based franchise sales organization, providing private equity capital to support the company's growth while founders Carey Gille and Ryan Zink remain involved (Gille as CEO, Zink as board advisor). The investment will fund expansion of FastLane's core franchise sales offering and new services for franchisors; Twin Brook Capital Partners provided debt financing and Boxwood Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to Franchise FastLane.
