Geocycle Acquires CM Rubber Technologies to Expand Tire-Derived Fuel Capabilities

Geocycle LLC, a subsidiary of Holcim (US) Inc., has acquired CM Rubber Technologies, Inc. in Coleman, Michigan. The acquisition (13 employees, 21 acres, processing equipment and trucks) will enable Geocycle to process used tires into tire-derived fuel for Holcim's Alpena cement plant and expand sustainable waste management services in Northern Michigan.

HEICO Corporation Acquires Intelligent Devices and Transformational Security

HEICO Corporation's Electronic Technologies Group acquired majority interests in Intelligent Devices, Inc. (ID) and Transformational Security, LLC (TS) from their founder-owner-managers for cash at closing plus potential earnouts. The two Columbia, Maryland-based technical surveillance countermeasures companies (approximately 50 employees combined) will continue operating from their existing location and will report into HEICO's Electronic Technologies Group to expand HEICO's TSCM capabilities for defense, intelligence and government customers.

HEICO Corporation Acquires Sensor Systems, Inc.

HEICO Corporation's Electronic Technologies Group acquired all of the stock of Sensor Systems, Inc. in a transaction using cash and approximately 575,000 HEICO Class A common shares. Sensor, a Chatsworth, California-based designer and manufacturer of airborne antennas (approximately 200 employees), will continue operating under its current name and location; HEICO expects the acquisition to be accretive to earnings in the year following the acquisition.

The Heico Companies Acquires Kershaw

The Heico Companies has acquired Kershaw, a supplier of rail maintenance and vegetation management equipment, adding the business to Heico’s Heavy Equipment Segment alongside Pettibone, BARKO and ARDCO. Kershaw, formerly part of Progress Rail (a Caterpillar company), will support Heico’s capability and market expansion in rail, forestry and maintenance-of-way equipment markets.

HEICO Corporation Acquires Connect Tech Inc.

HEICO Corporation's Electronic Technologies Group acquired 89.99% of Connect Tech Inc. for cash, with potential additional earn-out consideration. Connect Tech will continue operating from its 20,000-square-foot facility in Guelph, Ontario; founder David Worthen remains president and retains the minority stake, and the business (≈65 employees) will support HEICO's capabilities in rugged embedded computing for aerospace, defense, transportation and smart energy markets.

HEICO Corporation Subsidiary Acquires Pyramid Semiconductor LLC

HEICO Corporation’s Electronic Technologies Group acquired the business, assets and certain liabilities of Pyramid Semiconductor LLC from its founders for cash at closing. Pyramid, a Sunnyvale-based designer and manufacturer of processors, SRAM, EEPROM and logic products for military, space and medical platforms, will operate as part of HEICO’s 3D PLUS USA subsidiary and continue to be led by its existing founders and management team.
