Geocycle Acquires CM Rubber Technologies to Expand Tire-Derived Fuel Capabilities

Geocycle LLC, a subsidiary of Holcim (US) Inc., has acquired CM Rubber Technologies, Inc. in Coleman, Michigan. The acquisition (13 employees, 21 acres, processing equipment and trucks) will enable Geocycle to process used tires into tire-derived fuel for Holcim's Alpena cement plant and expand sustainable waste management services in Northern Michigan.
