The Heico Companies, via its shredding platform Shred‑Tech Corp., has acquired CM Shredders, LLC, a Sarasota, Florida‑based manufacturer of tire‑recycling and industrial shredding equipment. The deal brings CM’s tire‑recycling product line and global distribution footprint into the Shred‑Tech portfolio to expand product capabilities, manufacturing scale, and geographic reach.

Michelin Acquires Cooley Group

Michelin has completed the acquisition of Cooley Group, a Rhode Island–headquartered designer and manufacturer of high-performance polymer coated fabrics, for an undisclosed sum financed from available cash. Cooley, which has about 300 employees, four North American factories and reported $168 million in 2025 revenue, will expand Michelin's capabilities in industrial coated fabrics and complementary geographies.

Celly H2 Acquires Chemtec New Energies from Chemtec Energy Services

Celly H2 LLC has acquired Chemtec New Energies (CNE), a renewable-energy focused division of Chemtec Energy Services LLC, to expand its hydrogen fueling and storage infrastructure capabilities. The deal brings CNE's modular refueling and storage expertise into Celly's portfolio to accelerate deployment of modular advanced hydrogen refueling stations (MAHRS) for municipalities, transit authorities, fleets, industrial users and ports.

PureTech Scientific Acquires Cymer Chemical's Dayton, TN Facility

CMT Technical Services Acquires CTC-Geotek, Inc.

Entegris Acquires CMC Materials

Entegris agreed to acquire CMC Materials in a cash-and-stock transaction valued at an enterprise value of approximately $6.5 billion; at close the total purchase price (including debt retired and cash assumed) was approximately $5.7 billion. The acquisition brings CMC's CMP slurries, pads and related specialty materials into Entegris' portfolio to create a broader end-to-end electronic materials offering; CMC Materials has become a wholly owned subsidiary headquartered in Aurora, Illinois.
