Central Logic Acquires Ensocare

Central Logic, a healthcare access and orchestration technology company, has acquired Omaha-based Ensocare to extend its solution from acute care referrals and transfers into post-acute care settings. The acquisition expands Central Logic's platform to include Ensocare's curated network of more than 50,000 post-acute care providers, improving transitions of care, interoperability with EHRs, and operational and financial performance for health systems.
