Rubicon Technology Partners has made a strategic majority investment in Central Logic to accelerate the healthcare SaaS company's growth through product innovation, sales expansion, delivery and customer support, and to pursue acquisition opportunities. Central Logic, a patient-orchestration SaaS provider for health systems, will work with Rubicon to scale its platform and expand market penetration; Ziegler served as advisor to Central Logic on the transaction.

Central Logic Acquires Ensocare

Central Logic, a healthcare access and orchestration technology company, has acquired Omaha-based Ensocare to extend its solution from acute care referrals and transfers into post-acute care settings. The acquisition expands Central Logic's platform to include Ensocare's curated network of more than 50,000 post-acute care providers, improving transitions of care, interoperability with EHRs, and operational and financial performance for health systems.

Select Medical Acquires Acuity Healthcare

Accenture to Acquire Logic

Accenture has entered into an agreement to acquire Logic, a Minneapolis-based retail technology services firm that employs approximately 800 professionals and serves more than 150 retail clients worldwide. The acquisition will strengthen Accenture’s retail technology transformation capabilities across merchandising, stores, digital, analytics, cloud, and AI; terms were not disclosed and the deal is subject to customary closing conditions.

Aptean Acquires Logility for $14.30 per Share

Aptean, a global provider of industry-specific enterprise software backed by private equity investors, has agreed to acquire Logility Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. for $14.30 per share in an all-cash transaction. The acquisition brings Logility's AI-first supply chain planning capabilities into Aptean's portfolio to create an end-to-end, AI-driven planning offering and is expected to close in Q2 2025 (consummated April 4, 2025).

Logility Acquires Starboard Solutions

Logility, Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Starboard Solutions Corp., a Traverse City, Michigan-based provider of supply chain network design and digital twin software. The acquisition will integrate Starboard's network design and visualization capabilities into the Logility Digital Supply Chain Platform to expand Logility's planning, modeling and disruption-response capabilities.
