The acquisition expands Thought Logic’s data, analytics and workplace-technology capabilities and brings eCapital leadership into Thought Logic’s executive team.

Hitachi Acquires GlobalLogic

Hitachi, Ltd., through its U.S. subsidiary Hitachi Global Digital Holdings (HGDH), acquired GlobalLogic, a Silicon Valley–headquartered digital engineering services firm, in a transaction announced March 31, 2021 and completed July 14, 2021. The deal valued GlobalLogic at $8.5 billion of equity ($9.5 billion enterprise value) and expands Hitachi's Lumada digital solutions capabilities by adding GlobalLogic's ~21,000 engineering and design professionals.

Accenture Acquires HRC Retail Advisory

Accenture Acquires End-to-End Analytics

Accenture has agreed to acquire End-to-End Analytics, a Palo Alto–based analytics and data science consultancy with additional offices in Brazil. The acquisition brings more than 70 analytics professionals and specialized assets in supply chain, forecasting, pricing, marketing and customer analytics into Accenture's Applied Intelligence practice to expand its analytics, AI and data capabilities across the Americas.
