Mission Wealth Acquires Logic Capital Management

Accenture to Acquire Logic

Accenture has entered into an agreement to acquire Logic, a Minneapolis-based retail technology services firm that employs approximately 800 professionals and serves more than 150 retail clients worldwide. The acquisition will strengthen Accenture’s retail technology transformation capabilities across merchandising, stores, digital, analytics, cloud, and AI; terms were not disclosed and the deal is subject to customary closing conditions.

Private equity firm Vector Capital completed the acquisition of MarkLogic Corporation, a provider of enterprise data integration and data management solutions. Vector named Adrian Carr as CEO and said it will partner with management to accelerate MarkLogic’s growth, including its automated cloud offering, Data Hub Service.
