H1 has acquired Ribbon Health, a provider data management and API platform, in a cash-and-stock deal that closed in late December. The acquisition integrates Ribbon's provider directory and real-time data capabilities into H1's healthcare data and analytics platform to expand H1's reach into health plans, provider systems and digital health markets.
PAR Technology Corporation acquired Delaget, a restaurant analytics and business intelligence provider, for $132 million (closed Dec. 31, 2024). The deal, paid principally in PAR common stock, brings Delaget's analytics, loss-prevention and operational-insights capabilities into PAR's Operator Cloud and accelerates development of the PAR Data Platform to deliver expanded back-office and delivery operations analytics to restaurant customers.
WiSA Technologies has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire privately held CompuSystems, Inc. (CSI), a provider of registration, data analytics, and lead management services for live events. The acquisition is expected to close in late January 2025 and will combine CSI’s events-management experience with WiSA’s ADIO platform to drive new revenue streams and margin expansion.
Octopus UK Bidco Limited, a newly formed entity backed by FTV VIII, L.P. and affiliates, reached agreement to acquire Windward Ltd for 215 pence per share in cash, valuing Windward at approximately £216 million on a fully diluted basis. The recommended acquisition is expected to complete by the end of Q1 2025, subject to Windward shareholder approval.
LXT signed a definitive agreement to acquire clickworker, a global provider of crowdsourced data used to train AI applications. The deal combines LXT’s language/data operations with clickworker’s automated crowdsourcing platform and large freelancer community to expand global reach and AI data capabilities.
Gryphon Investors completed a majority growth recapitalization of phData to support the company's continued expansion of its data engineering and AI solutions. phData's management, including CEO Ryan Bosshart, retains a significant equity stake; financial terms were not disclosed.
Experian has acquired Audigent, a data activation and identity platform, to enhance its marketing data and identity capabilities by adding Audigent's first-party publisher data and sell-side distribution. The deal expands Experian's addressability and audience-targeting tools, building on prior integrations such as Tapad and joint products like SmartPMP and Contextually-Indexed Audiences.
Computershare Limited has agreed to acquire ingage IR Limited, a provider of investor relations and engagement software for listed companies. The deal is expected to complete by the end of the year, with Computershare expecting all ingage staff to transfer as part of the transaction.
Gambling.com Group (Nasdaq: GAMB) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Odds Holdings, Inc., the parent company of OddsJam, a real-time odds technology platform. The deal provides initial consideration of $80 million and potential additional contingent consideration of up to $80 million based on Odds Holdings’ performance through the end of 2026.
Interpublic Group has acquired Mumbai-based e-commerce intelligence and retail analytics firm Intelligence Node in a transaction reported by some sources to be valued at nearly $100 million. The acquisition brings AI-driven retail data, pricing, availability and competitive intelligence into Interpublic’s commerce and retail media capabilities, and Intelligence Node will be integrated across Interpublic’s agency portfolio while retaining its brand.
Vaisala Corporation has acquired the WeatherDesk business assets from US-based Maxar Intelligence for USD 70 million to accelerate growth of its Xweather unit and expand AI-led weather forecasting capabilities. The deal, financed mainly with interest-bearing debt, transfers 34 professionals to Vaisala; WeatherDesk reported USD 13 million in recurring net sales in 2023.
Uniphore has acquired ActionIQ and Infoworks to expand its end-to-end Enterprise AI platform and deliver a Zero Data AI Cloud that enables AI without moving or copying enterprise data. The purchases add ActionIQ's composable customer data platform and Infoworks' automated enterprise data platform, accelerating Uniphore's ability to deliver AI-ready data, fine-tune models, and deploy agentic AI across enterprises.
Castine LLC announced it will acquire ResearchPool, a France-headquartered research management platform used by investment managers to manage, search, and leverage internal and broker-sourced research. The deal is expected to close in mid-Q1 2025, with ResearchPool continuing under the leadership of Pedro Fernandes.
Informa PLC will combine Informa Tech’s digital businesses with TechTarget to form a new holding company (“New TechTarget” / “Informa TechTarget”) positioned as a B2B growth accelerator. Chicago-based private equity firm Periscope Equity has completed a majority recapitalization of The RepTrak Company, a Boston-based leader in reputation intelligence. The investment — advised by BrightTower with credit financing support from Tree Line Capital Partners — will fund product and platform innovation (including AI and data visualization), expand advisory capabilities, and support organic and inorganic growth while existing investors led by Catalyst Investors partially exited.
Charlesbank Capital Partners has made a strategic investment in IMPLAN Group LLC, a Huntersville, North Carolina–based provider of cloud-based economic impact data and analytical software. Existing investor Boathouse Capital fully exited the business; Charlesbank's capital will be used to accelerate product development, expand datasets and geographic coverage, and pursue accretive acquisitions.

HMC Capital entered into agreements to acquire iseek, an Australian co-location data center operating platform, in an A$400 million transaction. The deal is structured with A$150 million upfront cash and A$250 million in scrip in HMC’s planned ASX-listed DigiCo Infrastructure REIT, which will be seeded by the combined platform assets.
Thoma Bravo has signed an agreement to sell a significant minority stake in Qlik to a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), with Thoma Bravo remaining the majority shareholder and making a new equity investment.
