Consolidated Analytics, a Santa Ana-based provider of mortgage lifecycle and valuation services, has acquired Real Info, Inc., a provider of property data and automated valuation model (AVM) technology. The deal expands Consolidated Analytics’ valuation product suite and property database, broadening its client offerings across mortgage lenders, banks, GSEs and real estate professionals; terms were not disclosed.
