Spectrio Acquires InReality to Add AI-Driven Audience Analytics

Spectrio, a Tampa-based provider of digital signage and on-premise customer engagement solutions, has acquired InReality, an Atlanta-based provider of anonymous, radar-based audience sensing and analytics. The acquisition integrates InReality's AI-driven venue analytics into Spectrio's product stack and brings InReality CEO Ron Levac onto Spectrio's leadership team to drive analytics and intelligence solutions.
