ISI Emerging Markets Group Acquires REDD Intelligence

ISI Emerging Markets Group has completed the acquisition of REDD Intelligence, a specialist provider of emerging markets news and research focused on high-yield, distressed and event-driven special situations. The deal extends ISI's product coverage into fixed income and distressed-debt intelligence, broadening its reach into banking, asset management and hedge fund clients while REDD will continue to operate under its existing brand.
