Montagu, a London-based private equity firm, has agreed to acquire Emerging Portfolio Funds Research (EPFR) from Informa PLC. EPFR is a Boston-headquartered financial data provider that tracks global fund flows and serves hundreds of institutional clients; Montagu said it will leverage its tech-enablement and carve-out expertise to accelerate EPFR's product innovation and growth.

RFI Global Acquires MacroMonitor
