Chatham Financial has acquired Verumex (VmX), a commercial real estate (CRE) data platform founded in 2018, integrating VmX's data platform and services into Chatham's debt, derivatives advisory and software offering. The acquisition aims to consolidate CRE data, improve data quality and decision-making for CRE investors and asset managers by combining Chatham's advisory and risk-management technology with VmX's proprietary data platform and validation services.
