Apex Fintech Solutions Acquires PDQ Enterprises (Parent of CODA Markets)

Apex Fintech Solutions has acquired PDQ Enterprises, the parent company of CODA Markets, bringing CODA’s auction-based alternative trading system and smart order-router into Apex’s suite of trading and execution products. P3 Systems Inc. has acquired Triton Datacom and Triton Datacom Online to expand its network-hardware portfolio, digital footprint and national asset-recovery capabilities. The deal adds Triton's online presence and product lines (Triton historically generated about $16M in annual revenue) to P3's existing networking solutions and equipment-lifecycle business.
