Cendyn Acquires Knowland

Cendyn, a global hospitality cloud-based technology company, has acquired Knowland, a US-based leader in meetings-and-events data-as-a-service. The deal — announced alongside Cendyn's existing investors and new private equity partner Haveli Investments (alongside Accel-KKR) — integrates Knowland's event intelligence with Cendyn's CRM, proposals, and Grouprev platforms to drive more MICE/group bookings for hotel customers.
