The acquisition expands Dialpad’s CCaaS capabilities and aims to provide a unified, AI-powered omnichannel CX for its customers; Q Advisors acted as financial advisor to Koopid.

The acquisition integrates RatchetSoft's RPA and IP into KnowledgeLake's cloud content capture and workflow platform, expanding KnowledgeLake's automation capabilities and adding hundreds of RatchetSoft customers and channel partnerships to its base.
