Dialpad Acquires Koopid

Dialpad Inc. acquired Koopid to integrate Koopid’s AI-driven omnichannel customer experience platform into Dialpad Contact Center, enhancing chat, messaging, self-service and social media support and integrating with Dialpad Voice Intelligence. The acquisition expands Dialpad’s CCaaS capabilities and aims to provide a unified, AI-powered omnichannel CX for its customers; Q Advisors acted as financial advisor to Koopid.
