Boomi Acquires Rivery

Boomi has acquired Israeli data management startup Rivery to expand Boomi Enterprise Platform's data movement and ELT/CDC capabilities. The deal was reported at about $100 million; Rivery — founded in 2019 and serving 450+ customers — employs roughly 80 people who are expected to remain with the business.
