Francisco Partners and TPG Capital Acquire Boomi from Dell Technologies

Francisco Partners and TPG Capital agreed to acquire Boomi, Dell Technologies' cloud-native integration platform (iPaaS), in a cash transaction valued at $4.0 billion. The carve-out will make Boomi an independent company to accelerate its next phase of growth; the deal was expected to close by the end of 2021 and Boomi serves more than 15,000 customers globally.
