Volpi Capital Acquires Boyum IT Solutions

Volpi Capital has agreed to acquire Boyum IT Solutions, a Denmark-headquartered leader in manufacturing, warehousing and usability software for the SAP Business One ecosystem, from GRO Capital and founder Mikael Boyum. Boyum will retain its management team with a significant ownership stake and will partner with Volpi to accelerate international growth and consolidation.
