The investment will support AB's organic growth and a buy-and-build strategy to expand its portfolio of services and products; AB has about four locations in the Netherlands and roughly 80 employees.

Volpi Capital Invests in Xalient

Francisco Partners and TPG Capital Acquire Boomi from Dell Technologies

Francisco Partners and TPG Capital agreed to acquire Boomi, Dell Technologies' cloud-native integration platform (iPaaS), in a cash transaction valued at $4.0 billion. The carve-out will make Boomi an independent company to accelerate its next phase of growth; the deal was expected to close by the end of 2021 and Boomi serves more than 15,000 customers globally.

Volaris Group Acquires Symbrio AB
