Partners Group will acquire a majority stake in Version 1, the Dublin-headquartered digital and cloud transformation partner, subject to regulatory approvals. Version 1, currently owned by Volpi Capital and management, employs over 2,100 staff and has revenues above €240 million; Partners Group will partner with management to drive further growth and international expansion.
