eHouse Acquires VL OMNI to Expand Commerce Data Integration Capabilities

Francisco Partners and TPG Capital Acquire Boomi from Dell Technologies

insightsoftware Acquires Magnitude

The deal, expected to close in early November 2021, will extend insightsoftware's global presence and add Magnitude's SAP/Oracle expertise and centers of excellence in North America, Europe and India.
