Volpi Capital has partnered with UK-based networking and cybersecurity services provider Xalient to accelerate international growth, expand the product portfolio, and scale the business through M&A and further investment. The deal will see Volpi join Xalient’s board and support the company’s expansion across the US, UK, India and Europe while developing its AiOps product suite and managed services.
