Norwegian document co-authoring and CPQ software vendor Xait has acquired Privia, a Virginia-based provider of capture and proposal management solutions serving the government contracting market. The deal adds Privia’s team (5 employees) and more than 10,000 end users from government contractor customers to Xait’s offering to accelerate expansion into the government contracting and public-sector markets; purchase price was not disclosed.

Main Capital Partners Acquires Documaster from Summa Equity

Main Capital Partners has acquired Norwegian cloud-native document management SaaS provider Documaster from Summa Equity, which fully exited its investment. Since Summa's 2017 investment, Documaster grew more than 15x in revenue, reached profitability in 2024, and now has nearly 100 employees and ~750 customers (primarily public sector) across the Nordics and the Netherlands. Main Capital will aim to scale Documaster further across the Benelux and Nordic markets.
