Optimizely Acquires Warehouse-Native Analytics Leader NetSpring

Optimizely has signed a definitive agreement to acquire NetSpring, a Redwood City-based warehouse-native analytics platform, to integrate warehouse-native product and customer-journey analytics into Optimizely's digital experience platform. The acquisition is intended to allow customers to run analytics directly on cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift) and to tie experimentation to business outcomes; the deal is expected to close in Q4 2024 subject to customary conditions.
