Cleo Acquires ECS International to Expand European Ecosystem Integration Footprint

Cleo has acquired ECS International, a Hoorn, Netherlands-based B2B integration technology partner, making ECS a wholly owned subsidiary. The acquisition gives Cleo a central Continental Europe presence to accelerate adoption of its Cleo Integration Cloud platform and strengthen supply chain integration capabilities across the Benelux and broader European markets.

Hitachi Acquires GlobalLogic

Hitachi, Ltd., through its U.S. subsidiary Hitachi Global Digital Holdings (HGDH), acquired GlobalLogic, a Silicon Valley–headquartered digital engineering services firm, in a transaction announced March 31, 2021 and completed July 14, 2021. The deal valued GlobalLogic at $8.5 billion of equity ($9.5 billion enterprise value) and expands Hitachi's Lumada digital solutions capabilities by adding GlobalLogic's ~21,000 engineering and design professionals.

ECI Software Solutions Acquires ES Tech Group

CoreLogic Acquires Prime Ecosystem
